    Testing and Appraisal Services - Tests of abilities are offered to students and other clientele of teacher and school referrals.
    1. Aptitude Test is done at the enrolment period of each semester.
    2. Scoring of all tests are done manually based on prescribed templates.
    3. Peer facilitators are trained to assist in the administration and checking of test during enrolment, supervised by the guidance counselor.
    4. Results are forwarded to the Dean of Graduate Studies as one of the references of subjects assigned to a student.
    5. Scholarship test are administered, checked and profiled by the guidance counselor.

  2. Counseling - Counseling group and individual student in educational, career, personal, and in social crisis.
  3.       Short chat for all students / group or individual.
            Scheduled - Referred by teachers, parents, facilitators.
               Walk-in or voluntary
    • ( Absenteeism )
    • ( Behavior indicative of concerns)
    • ( Counseling session and interview data are kept in a record book.)

    2.1. Peer Facilitators Program – A special program that aims to train students on how to assist a peer cope with or solve his/her life problems. It serves as a link between students and the counselor.

  4. Career Guidance and Counseling – Provided to incoming freshmen and transferees who met difficulty in their decision in the choice of a course.
    1. Aptitude test to determine BSED area of specialization.
    2. Referral to the BSED dean.
    3. Conduct Aptitude test to prosfective TESDA scholars.
    4. Helps students identify their strength and weaknesses in relation to their career choices.
    5. Conduct simulated job application and interview.

  5. Individual Inventory
    • Information s about the students are compiled in a folder with the cumulative record.
    • This serves as reference in understanding the world of students and in planning programs for her / his development.
    • Entrance Test Profiles, Counseling notes are kept in a separate folder.
    • Common and related problems or concerns like tardiness, absenteeism, low performance or failing capacities are most brought to the attention of the guidance counselor.

  6. Placement Service
  7.      Guidance Counselor with the assistance of Peer Facilitators guide and assist students especially transferees, returnees, and shifters on their study load.

  8. Follow-up Service
  9.      Individual and group guidance are given to students with noticeable academic difficulties and academic deficiencies. Follow-up and monitor the different scholarships and its grantees.

  10. Extension Service
  11.      Provide testing service to neighboring schools with no such available facilities. Outreach program as extension service is provided to teachers at the elementary grades handling pupils with Learning Difficulty.

  12. Mentoring Program
  13.      This is a call for educational concerns to raise academic standards. Guidance and Counseling services is a crucial component for effective learning. Students need the support of friendly school personnel who care about them.
